It is Easter Sunday, and today the Orthodox Easter is being celebrated both in Romania and in many other countries across Europe and the world.

Holidays in Romania wishes everyone a Happy Easter, as well as peace and reflection during these unfortunately not-so-peaceful and tense times.

Spring arrives in Kronstadt, and by May, the whole area is covered in lush greenery again. Anyone who has visited Kronstadt or plans to do so will quickly notice the abundance of green spaces in and around the city. In just a few minutes, you can find yourself surrounded by nature on the local mountain, Tampa, or high up in the mountains of Poiana Brasov (known in German as Schulerau).

A look at one of the best-preserved medieval fortifications in Transylvania.
Built between 1421 and 1436 by the Weavers’ Guild to defend the city, it served as both a defensive structure and a warehouse. Today, it houses a historical museum, and its courtyard is renowned for its excellent acoustics, making it a unique venue for concerts and cultural events.
